Season 01 · The Format
The Road to
the Title
Four rounds. Eight pillars. One night under the lights. The title is not handed over. It is taken, round by round, in front of men who came to take it from you.
Operations Order
Four Rounds. One Title.
Every round removes men. Each one asks a harder question than the last, and each one is scored before the next one begins. Only one man leaves with the title.

Grand Finale
Final
One stage. One night. The world, narrowed relentlessly to the men carrying every pillar at the same moment, and eventually to the champion. The entire world watches.
How You Are Scored
Eight Pillars. One Scorecard.
Every contestant is measured across all eight pillars and scores are recorded per pillar, round by round. Nothing is averaged away and nothing is decided on a feeling.
Strength
Power you can hold, not just lift once.
Intelligence
Answers that hold up when the clock is against you.
Leadership
Men follow you without being told to.
Endurance
Still sharp in the last round. Still standing.
Culture
A heritage carried with pride and precision.
Brotherhood
You lift the man beside you and still win.
Purpose
A vision big enough to outlast the applause.
Excellence
The standard you keep when nobody is scoring.
The Panel
No Anonymous
Decisions
Panels are drawn from sport, business, media and culture. Names are published before every round and scores are recorded per pillar. No quiet adjustments, no decisions a man cannot trace. You deserve to know exactly where you stood and why.
The judges read your motivation and purpose first, before a single measurement is taken. That is the part that tells them who they are looking at.

What You Win
What The Title Carries
The title is not the finish line. It is the funding, the microphone and the mandate to go back and build.
Education Bursaries
Every season awards education bursaries to causes chosen by the men who wear the title. Tuition, tools, training and certification, paid directly, with the receipts published.
Mentorship Network
Titleholders paired with young men for a full season of guidance and accountability. Not a photograph. A season of showing up.
Community Projects
Leadership Labs, Strength and Health, the Culture Fund and the Mentorship Network. Programmes run all year, led by the men who wear the title.
A Global Platform
A stage, a microphone and a year of representing a nation and a diaspora. Partners, press and a brotherhood that outlasts the season.
The Road Is Open
Worldwide. Ten minutes to apply. Five to seven working days to hear back. Every round after that is yours to win.
